Power Line Control Networking Technology is on track for commercial release in first quarter of 2002

Quebec City, QC- December 10, 2001 - Domosys Corporation announced today the Beta v1.2 release of it PowerBus™ Technology. This release consists of updated Development and Installation Tools for Windows™ PCs, as well as updated firmware for its PowerBus ICs.

Many improvements have been made to the technology since the v1.1 release in October, including:

Reduced latency on the AC power line, speeding up response times

Variable propagation list now supported, improving end-to-end reliability of scenarios

More intuitive, functional, and user-friendly GUIs for the PC tools

Time-stamped logs and ability to store/retrieve scenarios in the Installation Tool

Tool and firmware support for encrypted PowerBus networks

Several enhancements to the PC tools and PowerBus firmware
