Domosys Corporation signs agreement with YLL Electronics for exclusive representation in China

Quebec City, Canada – December 8, 1999 – Domosys Corporation, a leading supplier of power line communication technology for control networks, announced today the signing of an exclusive representation agreement with YLL Electronics Co. LTD covering the Chinese market. This agreement will make Domosys products and services more readily available to the fast-growing market for this technology in China.

Located in Tianjin, and with offices in Shanghai, Shenyang, Wulumuqi, Wuhang, YLL Electronics Co. LTD. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in representation, distribution and marketing of building and home automation and energy management systems. YLL also has a cooperated factory engaged in manufacturing of Smart Card Operated Gas meters, Electricity Meters, Water Meters and Automatic Meter Reading Systems.
